The following are the purposes for which this organization has been organized:
  1. To present Christ to others
    • This will be done through local churches and house churches
    • Through organizing Christian camps for young people
    • Through organizing meetings in schools and colleges
  2. To promote the welfare of those in need
    • Through educational assistance to students from needy families
    • Where possible to promote financial and material assistance towards the welfare of families
  3. This organization is organized exclusively for religious and charitable purposes, including, for such purposes, the making contributions to the organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c) (3) of Internal Revenue Code of 1986
  4. No part of the net earnings of the organization shall inure to the benefit of its members, directors, officers, or other persons except that the organization shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the exempt purposes of the organization.
  5. In the event of dissolution, the residual assets of the organization will be transferred to one or more organizations with similar purposes which are exempt as organizations described in Section 501 (c) (3) of Internal Revenue Code of 1986
  6. Touchpoint will have its principal office in Boiling Springs, Spartanburg county in South Carolina. The current address will be: 8299 Asheville Highway, Boiling Springs SC 29316. The organization at its pleasure may by the vote the Board of Directors change the address
  7. The purposes to which this organization will be provided primarily in the country of Kenya, Africa and to some extend in United States of America.
